Ht. 5'5, Wt. lots - hey! i am new here an as you may have noticed my weight is "lots" so i am starting a diet.
B-100 calorie pack
L- cheese sandwich on thin pita bread
D-2 eggs and two pieces of ham
Dessert- watermelon
how long do you think it will take me to lose 20 lbs eating this much almost every day and excersizing 3 hrs (tennis, swim team, and running)every day?

That is nowhere near enough food. Eat 1200 calories. Avoid those 100-calorie packs. i believe they have high fructose corn syrup in them.

Whole eggs are not good for you--very fattening, but egg whites are fine.
