Ht. 5'1", Wt. 226 - Hi I'm Audrey. I'm new to this site. I know that I'm really overweight and I'm short so it does well suck(sorry can I say that?) I'm looking for a weight loss buddy someone near my weight and height but unfortunatly I do not have e-mail or IM or a myspace so we would have to post messages or go in the old chat(my computer needs some plug for the new one to work). If your interested please let me know or please post advice. I'm not big on exercise so at least exercise as possible is what I'm looking for. Eating I'm ok with but when I see bread or pasta I have to have it. And also girls probably know this when it's our time of month I crave chocolate like crazy which I know is bad. Well start saying I can only have 1/2 of the bread or pasta that I want. That will save you a ton of calories. Also you can't hate all exercise. Try something new. You will find something you like. With out a full effort of eating good, Cardio, strength Training and selfcontrol with the chocolate you won't be able to lose the weight. Start by drinking lots of water and take a short walk to somewhere. Then add more amd more healthy things untill you start losing. You can do it you just have to give a full effort!!
