Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Hi everyone =] Alright today [breakfast] a bowl of cheerios [afternoon snack] celery sticks [dinner] a healthy choice meal with beans,rice, and corn. Exercise, Walked the dog this morning. Worked out with weights for about 30 minutes. I'm going on my mile run in afew minutes. Then some cardio later. Total water; 12345cups. I need to work on drinking more. Well did I do ok? ALSO I have a question, is eating celery late at night bad? Because I ended up doing that last night =/ Hope you are all doing awesome! did u really mean 12345 cups or were u counting and u had 5?? lol.. anyway what was ur starting weight or r u just starting now??

Sounds good, but it also sounds like you need a few more calories. Don't skip lunch! Good exercise, maybe drink..two more glasses of water?! Keep it up =)
