Ht. 5'2, Wt. 170 - ok i just broke my wrist not very long ago so i cant lift more then 10 pound on the one wrist does anyone know of something i can do to lose my arm flabb

Reply from Kaylee, Age 14 - 06/25/06 - IP#: 66.82.9.xxx I only do 5 lbs weights. I just started about a week ago but I'm trying to work up to 10 lbs weight in the next few months. I can already do more reps that I should. So I say it you can just try and do light weights. No matter the weight your still helping your arms build up and lose the flab!!
