Ht. 5ft8in, Wt. 160? - Hey everybody! Im Kyle and i really want to lose at least 20lbs. For about 2 years i have been unhappy with my weight and i say i will start a diet but i dont stick to them and i end up binging and as a result i have put on about 20lbs in about 6 months! I am going on holiday in 5 weeks and i really want to have lost about 10lbs by then and have toned up quite a lot. If anyone is around me weight (dont have to be the same height) and is wanting to lose weight like i am then please email me or add me to msn: xx-20-kyle-06-xx@hotmail.co.uk Anyway today i have started my diet so here goes:
bfast- bowl of special k and full fat milk (its all my mum buys im going to get her to buy half fat next time)
snack- some grapes
lunch- sandwich on wholemeal bread with 1 slice of ham, cup a soup extra.
snack-apple
dinner-cheeseburger on a roll and salad
drinks- 3litre of water
exercise-40 min walk and 40 min jog/powerwalk. How have i done? please reply x

good job! a healthier way to eat your hamburger is to take it off the bun. if not, its still great anyway.
