Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 185 - Hey everyone!
Does anyone know a better way of working your abs then sit ups? I do 200 a night and nothing seems to be working and I have been doing this for 2 weeks now! And does anyone know a exercise for you thighs? Please commment back!!

its probably workign but to see the msucle you have to lose the layer of fat by eating good obviously gurd luck

Thanks I'll try so more cardio then I do already. I only do cardio twice a week for 45 min so I'll do some more

The only way to eliminate the fat from those areas is by doing some type of cardio. That will burn the fat, and with the fat gone or reduced it will better show off the muscles whether it be abs OR thighs.
