Ht. 5'3, Wt. 192 - i havent lost much weight but ive seen a diffrence in my body type every morning me and my friends wake up at 9:30 every morning and we jog 1 lap around the track and then we walk the next four but now i run two laps and im 2 laps is a mile so i walk a mile a day it helps when u have friends that may be a little more in shape then u cuz then there a little better and it makes u wanna be that good but if ur friends are even at the same weight as u its fun to have a friend to jog along side of but if u wanna do it alone music helps ALOT to

yeh to do a km and a half its 3 and 3 quaters ..?? is your track bigger?

on my track four times around is a mile...is your track twice the size of a normal track?
