Ht. 5'7, Wt. 174 - well i lost another pound this is what i have eaten today
for breakfast- a mango and a small glass of soy milk(i am never hungry in the morning but slowly i am trying to shift some of my dinner caliores to breakfast) lunch-pasta with wheat nodels (1 1/2 cup of nodels and 1/2 cup of sauce ) and water. for dinner me and my mom are making a veggie and a little chicken stir fry we got this great resapie from my doctor it is low in calories fat and sodium and sugar.
for exersize i went on a half hour bike ride , soon i am going to play in a soft ball game then after it gets cooler out side i will go for a 20-30 minet jog . today i think won't be the best eating day for me but i am still trying to ajust i am going to start going on morning walks with my friend soon for like 45 minets every morning. and as soon as i lose a few more pounds i am going to the beach to go swiming for like a hour every day
