Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 185 - Hey everyone. Can anyone tell me how I did. I had a bowl of strawberries and grapes for breakfast. For lunch I had popcorn chicken and 7 pizza rolls. For dinner I had rigatonni and 4 meatballs. I walked a mile and did half of my 200 sit ups. (100 more to go) I probally do some more exercises later. Tell me how I did PLEASE

It seems okay. You might want to add more produce into your diet though. Good with the fruit, but maybe some veggies with dinner or something. Good job!
