try walking outside with a friend or on the treadmill. just a regular paced walk for about 25-30 minutes everyday and eating right will definatley cause results. i did that same myself. it really works. it's tough, but you gotta be tougher. stop eating a lot of refined foods, like cookies, pizza, chips, etc. and replace them with low-fat or fat-free versions and fruit and veggies.
