Ht. 5'2, Wt. 170 - i had a tyalk with people yesterday saying that bread didnt have protien. i reasearched it and there is such a thing as high protien bread. if you dont believe me please vist the site http://www.recipetips.com/kitchen-tips/t--1102/bread-nutritional.asp it shows that bread and pasta has protien in it. sorry for being rude yesterday.
