Ht. 5'7, Wt. 316 - hey everyone how yall been well ok i just got done excirsing u kn seeing how much i can do before i actually start my LIFE CHANGE. Ok i have a question why u excirsing its burning i mean hurting ok after you done and wash up i pretty much feel like i didnt do anything like it didnt help U know any one feel like that?? well imma start sunday its last 3 weeks but imma do 6 the lady who gave me the book lost 32 pounds her first 3 weeks so am pretty excited i hope this works for me and i feel bad cause today i hate 5 sloppy jo sanswiches and some water but i didnt eat it all at once i had to for lunch and two for dinner and a snack and now i am starving we have nothing in our house to eat!~~

add some veggies to your diet. 5 Sloppy Joes is way to much meat and bread!! The water is good though.

no offense but ur typing is very hard to read. and yes, sometimes a while after a workout you do feel that way. other times you dont. and no more eating 5 sloppy joes. u had them fo all of your meals today and thats not good.
