Ht. 5'5, Wt. ............ - ok ill just be blunt about it i have strech marks on my butt and alittle on my breast...what does that mean and ive also been gaining weight(alot) lately(accidently) very fast........and does anyone kno how to excercise good...and does cuttin the grass with a push lawnmower count for anything what muscles would it help and whats a good easy to make breakfast food

Hi, I've kinda have the same problem too. Well, the streach marks on your butt are indeed from weight gain, but on your breast thats just from rapid development.
When I exersize I usually go into my basement to workout, where I can be alone. I usualy lift dunbells, go a little ways on my exersize bike, and walk on a tredmill. And if you don't have any of these available at home, you can always try the gym. Its also a great idea to work out with a buddy, go for a jog, or walk and you'll lose weight and have fun too. And mowing the lawn is a good way to build bicepts and tricepts, if you are going up hill then you are even getting a nice butt workout!
I've expiremented for a while on breakfast foods. a good breakfast would be a PORTIONED bowl of cereal and some fat free milk. And if your not into that you could always start the day with some fruit and a granola bar. pretty soon you'll be on your way, just like me! Hope it works out!

Well I have the same problem but mines aren't really bad that means that your skin is stretching from gaining weight or either you have lost weight in those areas.
