Brush your teeth as soon as your done eating. Espechally after dinner so you have a signal to stop eating. Get up and move your body. Don't matter how just get up and move. Stay busy and have fun. You can do it!! good luck!!

Well, I'm trying to do the same thing, basicly, work out, like walking, lifting weights, and riding a bike, and watch what you eat, try eating veggies or fruit if you get hungry, and at dinner eat less. well, thats all i got for now! bye!

Try to cut down on the sweets you have, limit yourself when you eat meals, choose healthier snacks. Instead of having cookies, have fruits. Try going for a walk/run everyday. Do cardio ride your bike, try some work out tapes! Switch it up so it stays fun. Maybe try some light weights to tone your arms. Most importantly, try not to eat too late. I'm sure with dedication you could loose the weight! GOOD LUCK !!
