Ht. 5'2, Wt. 170 - have you ever noticed that the people on here never eat a whole meal they will say like i ate salad for dinner. not like i had chicken and green beans. is it ok to eat a whole meal if you watch you portion sizes and calorie intake.
Reply from Courtney, Age 13 - 06/30/06 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx Hey! sure, you can eat that sort of stuff, sure, like the meat has protein thats good for you, you know, good carbs and all that. just make sure you dont eat too much and work out at the end of the day to burn the calories you gained and even more!
Reply from Kaylee, Age 14 - 06/30/06 - IP#: 66.82.9.xxx for dinner tonight I had 4 small pieces of tritip they were like bite size pierces, With it I had 1/2 cup of potato salad, 1/2 an alvocado, 3 tomato slices, and 2 pieces of garlic bread. Nothing in my meal was super healthy but I didn't go over board and I work out a lot so it's not going to hurt my healthy eating at all!! Point is yes you can eat a meal like any normal person and still lose weight!!
