Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - ::TODAY:: My breakfast = 1 fat free peach yogurt cup. My lunch = 1 flour tortilla with onions, 1 spoon of refried beans, 1/2 can of tuna, salsa, 2 wasa crackers. My dinner = 1 lowfat vanilla yogurt cup with 1 tbsp low fat granola, 1 tbsp m & m's. My snack = 1 sugar free margarita sno cone. EXERCISE today = 15 minutes of yoga, ran 1 mile, walked 1 mile, danced to my music in my room. haha it sounds cheesy, but you do sweat. lol

For dinner you should have had something like rice with vegetables, not yoghurt again. & take out the tuna because tuna is nasty lol! Good job on the excercise.
