Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 140 - hello everyone. it is 6:40pm and so far i have eaten one cinnamon roll and a small bowl of spagetti-o's. i'd just like to know your opinions. =]

the best thing to do is to eat about 5 times a day. I know you're thinking "WHAT!" but if you eat 5 HEALTHY, SMALL meals a day you will quench your hungar and avoid over eating at some point.

i think that u should pick healthier food and stay away from breads and processed foods. and u should eat more often than less often it all depends on what you are eating. u have to eat healthy foods

That's it for the entire day? Well....starvation is not a good thing so you didnt do well. eat 1200 calories in healthier foods and spread it out throughout the day.
