Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200 - Ok heres my deal. School starts in exactly 6 weeks, and I wanna go back and look great. Im not exactly sure how much progress I can do in 6 weeks but I want to give it my all. Right now I walk about 45-55 mins 4 times a week. As for dieting in pretty lost, I babysit during the day and dont have much choice of foods but I try. I try my hardest when eating to eat smaller portions but Im bad for temptation like reallyyyyyyyyy badd, I dont have alot of will power. I live in south louisiana so we dont have the healtiest food. So if ya could give me some tips on how I can lose some pouds and look better in 6 weeks I would love that. Also how I can control my temptation!!!!! Thanks a bunchessss 3 Renee

You can find healthy food anywhere. We have junk food here in the north too, but that doesn't mean its impossible to avoid. Bring a sack lunch when babysitting.
