Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:259 G:180 UG:130 - Well I'm back everyone :) I haven't gained *YAY* and I haven't lost :'(. I'm starting a new tommmorow morning. I finally have some basic essentials to get me through until my pay-day. I have my raisin bran, salad mixes and buns for my veggie burgers. That should hold me another 3 weeks lol. My eating plan will be. BREAKFAST-Bowl of raisin bran w/2% milk. Snack @ Work- 200 Cal rice crispy treat or graham crackers. LUNCH- Salad w/ fat free italian dressing. DINNER-Boca Veggie Burger w/ lettuce, tomato, pickles, organic cheese, mustard and light mayo. Dessert- Popsicle 40 cals only though. Exercises- DDR to burn lots of cals. I hope to lose 6-8 pounds by July 21st. Then I will be back to my weight before I gained alot and i'll be on track to start other foods and plus then I join the YMCA. Can't Wait LOL. How does this sound????

raisin bran and graham crackers both have high fructose corn syrup in them. See if maybe there is an organic version of it somewhere. Great job otherwise though. =D

that sounds greta and once you join the ymca i promise you you will loose alot of weight
