Ht. 5'7, Wt. 232 - now i weigh less than i did when i just turned 11 and just left 5th grade lol i feel soo skinny so far today is 1 oclock i ate a bowl of peanut butter ceral 120 cal with 1% milk a half of a power bar and then a snack wrap from mcdonalds not that bad and then a tiny bowl of granold cereal with out milk today exersies so far was an 8 mile bike ride in about 30 min on the stationary bike then 94 lenghts in the pool which is a little less then a mile in a half how did i do
Reply from Mikayla, Age 15 - 07/03/06 - IP#: 24.18.50.xxx I hate to inform you, but anything from McDonalds (besides the water) is bad for you. Eat it with caution. And avoid all other high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated ingredients, or trans fats. If you can avoid those (check all ingredients and nutrition facts in your foods) the weight will come off much easier.

Make sure you're getting enough calories though because without calories you will lose absolutely no weight long term. Props to you though on your sensible eating choices and your kick butt cardio. Plus, congrats on the loss.
