Ht. 5'7, Wt. 200 - hi. im mandy. im entering 10th grade and i weigh 200 lbs. i am at risk for type 2 diabeties..i've never had a boyfriend and i really want one. and i really wanna wear a bikini and just feel pretty. does anyone know a really good diet? i've tried EVERYTHING..eating less and like different types of diets..i've even joined a gym..nothing is working for me because everytime i see a bag of chips i eat them because i get hungrey easily and cant fight the temptation..if anyone can help me please do!! im in desperate need i'd like to lose some in the next 2 weeks if u can help me at all comment this or email me at URperfectMISTAKE@yahoo.com thanks everybody for ur help =]

If you are extremely active such as myself aim 60 carb 30 protein 10 fat. Remember you need calories to lose weight. Just less than you're currently eating and in a good ratio. I recommend a food diary online somewhere where people will see it. Its worked for me in that it shames me into eating well...lol...

Replace the junk with fruits and veggies, and when you do get the urge to eat, they’ll be no junk food, therefore you eat the good things and have no more temptation.
