Ht. 5 3, Wt. 143 - o man i just ate like some fries but they were baked insted of fried so im hoping its not as bad with a burger but im going work out in a few so im not to worried and all i drunk was water thank god lol but thats all im eating for the day i may have a few more grapes but idk

o man thanks a lot i just got finished working out for like an hour or more at the gym tommorow they are closed but hopefully i will be able to get DDR

That's okay. Its okay to not eat 100 percent healthy all the time because I assume that when you're at your healthy weight you'll eat normal foods but in good portions. This weightloss thing should be a lifestyle and then in time you'll find the right weight for your body and if you continue your "lifestyle" then you won't put the weight back on.
