Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200 - I posted earlier about how I didnt do so good today. But I'm feeling a lil bit better about it cause I just did 100 crunches and im gonna do some more later. Any suggestions for a few more exercises I could do tonite???

Try cardio. Crunches add muscle, but don't dissolve fat. Only cardio does that. I like running, but if you cannot do that start with walking. If you've got that down but can't run try running and walking in intervals.
