Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Well today i am doing good cause for breakfast I had 1 bannana and then i went to the track with my dad and brothers and i ran/walk 1 mile and did 50 sit-ups and then for lunch I had a apple with some penutbutter and a class of milk.

that isnt 300 calories thats alot less

you have only eaten aout 300 calories. Just remember your body needs 1200 to not be starving.
