Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 140 - eating isn't really my problem. exersizing is. since my parents are always busy/at work, we don't have much time to go out and exersize. and they won't let me run on our road outside, which i can understand because they are so protective. so im thinking about things to do indoors or in my front yard. like maybe crunches, playing volleyball, tumbling which i love to do a lot, stretching because i'm pretty flexible. things like that. but i can't really get any cardio in there. does anyone have any suggestions?

yes, videos or dvds!!! There are some awesome ones that work really great!! Just go to a store and find a few you find fun.

exersize tapes can be bought for really cheap and are effective

I have the same problem. The only way I get cardio is going on a walk with my dogs but one of them is old so it's a walk. I can run with them as much as I would love to. Maybe you could try jumping rope. I hula hoop but I'm not sure if that is cardio. Maybe you could talk them into taking you swimming on the weekends. I do that sometimes. Also jogging in place. Just move your body every time you get a chance!!
