Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 140 - this may not sound to great, but im about to eat a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. but it shouldnt be that bad since its almost 2:30 and it'll be all i had to eat today so far. gahhh i hate it.

First, since its all you've had to eat today and its late in the day you metabolism is extremely low right now. Second, since your metabolism is low how in the world can it even try to process all of the calories, saturated fats, transfats, and carbs that are in that junk. And third, You can never plan on one meal a day because you say that now and then later you'll probably be eating something else. Please do yourself a favor and do not eat that, instead rent the movie "supersize me" and eat a healthy alternaative. You'll thank me later.

At least eat an apple or something so your body is getting something good. Also what eat a 1/4 pounder with fries when you could choose a kids burger with an apple?? It's not as much food but it's still yummy and so much better for you!!
