Ht. 5'8, Wt. 195 - Ahh I am in tears right now, and just got over (don't worry i am not going to do it!) finding ways to throw up, I realized that that would probably be a bigger regret than what ijust did. I was going to bake cookies...and well nothing has made it to the oven...i ate the whole thing. After calculating it has approximately 2000 calories :( and...(this is sickening)...200 grams of fat. :o I am sooo depressed right now, i don't know what to do. HEEELLLLPPP!!!

You can have a cookie or bake cookies. Just use a healthier resipie. You can trade somet ingredients for unsweetened apple sauce or fruits to lower the calories and fat. Just remember fruits are sweet so you need to lower the amount of sugar you put in too. Good luck!!
