Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:259 G:180 UG:130 - I have a quick question..hopefully someone can help me. Lets say that tommorow I begin my healthy eating but I only do light exercise and lose like 5 pounds by July 21st. When I start intensely working out at the gym will the weight come off like I just started a diet plan? Just curious because I like how that works LOL...if anyone can help I would be greatful.

Well, more weight will come off, but that is because you will be doing more, intense exercising. Rather then the light exercising you were doing before. Its similar to when you have to change up your exercise routine because your body has gotten used to your old routine....
