Ht. 5'3, Wt. 170 - Hey guys!I want to know if what im doing is good:Goal-lose 20 pounds till sept 4,Exercising 20 mins everyday with my workout machine (cardio).Eat 4 meals a day(no snacks only fruit!and no junkfood.oh ya and also toneing excersises too like situps jumping jacks.So am i doing good to lose 20 pounds till sept.As i keep doing that ill challenged my self to do more excersize time.reply back! =D

thats 10 lbs a month. You can do it just stick to it!! Don't slip up or you won't make it!! Also remember some times our bodys don't lose weight the way we would like it to. So remember to give it time!!
