Ht. 5'3, Wt. --- - I was thinking of starting a weekly challenge here on this board. Each week, we would come up with a goal, such as more exercise, drinking water, etc. something to promote a healthy lifestyle. then, after a week, everyone would post their success, and start another challenge. It may help people to stay focused and motivated. Would anyone be interested in this, or would it just be annoying and pointless?

On Monday, Julie will post something like 'DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER PER DAY THIS WEEK" and then through out the week, people can post how they're doing with it and how it's helping them. Julie, you should probably keep a list of the challenges we do so we don't repeat them too often. Although just because we go on to a new challenge that doesnt mean we dont need to keep up with our 8 glasses. It's like building a healthy lifestyle. Adding one little thing at a time. Julie, if you don;t want to be the initiater of this you could just ask for someone who does, I didn't mean to assume you'd do all the work. I just thought it'd run smoother if only one person did it. Does this work for everyone?
