Is it possible to lose weight without exercise and less eating? Well if you don't exercise now and you eat lots now, then reducing how much you eat will help you lose a little weight, but that will only take you so far. Exercise really is key in losing weight. The trick is to find something that is fun for you! Whether doing it infront of the TV, with friends or adding a little competition to beat your old record each time. Good Luck!

if you wanna eat the same amount and lose weight trade all junk food for apples. eat the same amount of food just make it healthy food. You won't drop fast but you will drop because with healthy options over fatty ones you will take in less calories.

Yes, but it's not good. I mean, have you ever been sick and lost weight? It's cause you weren't eating. But after a while, your body will just lock down on the fat because you haven't been feeding it, and then it'll become harder to lose weight. So, you should excercize and just eat healthy...that'll help!
