Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 173 - I've been overweight for a long time. My family's not big big, but they are/were bigger than a lot of people. When my mom got sick, she started losing a lot of weight, and since I share a lot of clothes with her, and that I think she thinks differently about bigger people now, I've been feeling very pressured to lose weight. So, I've lost over 20 pounds. One thing that really helps motivate me is clothes. Like, first I got some jeans, and they were a size smaller, so I started working for that, and I fit into them. Then when we signed up for our senior shirts, I ordered a size smaller than I usually wear. So, if ya'll like clothes...there's a tip for you!

thats an awesome idea! It's also a great way to REALLY SEE youur results because you REMEMBER that time last month when you couldnt get those jeans over your hips and now they slide right on and youu feel absolutely awesome about yourself. :)
