Ht. 5'4'', Wt. somewhere around 140 - waterwaterwater. water is really good for you if you want to lose weight. even though i'm sure most of you know that. i started drinking water 2 days ago and now im addicted to it. theres hardly a time during the day when im NOT drinking water. i love it. and its great for you skin too. it does wonders. its not completely clear, but its a lot better. you'll pee alottttt, but its worth it. :} just wanted to share that with you guys.

yep your right. i've actually started too pee less, so of course thats good news for me! i was literally running to the bathroom every 10 minutes lol

YOu will get used to drinking a ton of water and your body will stop making you pee so much. When you first start drinking a lot of water it flushes out all of the stored water in your body so you will be peeing all the time!! lol
