Ht. 5'4", Wt. 149 - hey guys! i am 149LBS and its about a month and a half before school starts. im 5'4 and before school i would like to lose about 20 pounds, i just want to prove it to everyone that i can do it!!! i mean im not fat and i am VERY athletic im one of the fastest girls in school. i just have a lil extra fat. so im gonna run everymorning and everynight and im gonna weigh myself every day. im gonna do 50 crunches everyday and im gonna lift weights too. and all im gonna drink is water NOTHING else and only eat fruits!!! i no i can do it i already lost 15 pounds!!! WISH ME LUCK!!!!

Reply from Nadie, Age 15 - 07/06/06 - IP#: 71.12.12.xxx that sounds great but just eating fruits everyday doesnt give you the nutrients you need try adding in some meat and vegetables. && also dont weight yourself everyday it might discourage you. i usually get weighted every 2 weeks.
