Reply from Tiffany, Age 16 - 07/06/06 - IP#: 68.115.96.xxx Well, yes, eat breakfast, cut down on the snacks. Eat like a small breakfast, eat a medium-sized lunch, and eat an okay sized dinner. Excercize at least a half an hour through out the day...swimming lessons are not enough...try swimming laps...bike riding...walking fast...even jogging...cut out chocolate (even if it is only a "little something"), don't eat chips (if so, try baked chips), and don't deep-fat fry anything. No candy...um, also brushing your teeth after you eat is a proven way of sending signals to your brain that you are done eating and it erases cravings sometimes. Best of luck to you!

Just get some breakfast in you!! it's so important and dinner can be your biggest meal but don't make it very big. Try and even out your calories through the day. Make sure you have breakfast, lunch and dinner and helthy snacks. YOu can do it!

I take swimming lesson so I do excercise a little. I'm 5"5 and almost 280. I mostly yo yo diet.My older sister lissy(who has lost weight) is on a diet and losing weight but that diet is too hard.
