Close your shades and pump some night-club-ish music (or just something with a good beat) and dance to your heart's content. You can be as slutty in your moves as you want because no one's watching. So you're probably wondering 'sam, why do you suggest slutty dancing?' the answer: act like you're grinding on someone or trying to be all sexy...you tend to move in ways that really work your quads... or maybe thats just me.
