Ht. 5"2, Wt. 170 - First off thanks for the reply Julie. I eat okay, not really unhealty, but breakfast, ugh!! I am so sick of bran wheat english muffins and an egg. What are some good, east to make recipes?? Thanks!

Heyy! My mom is a nutrition educator and she cooks up some good breakfasts so here is some of them... Make a smoothie, w/ vanilla yogurt, applejuice and any fruit you want put it all in a blender and then mix and serve...they are really good and healthy.Another one is a fruit and yogurt parfae you take vanilla yogurt add some fruit and some crunchy cereal on top.. trust me it is good.. if you can please email me at Chelsea06xoxo@aim.com and help me think of some good ways to lose weight.. I am almost loseing hope.

Smoothie
1 cup fatfree yogurt (flavor of choice)
1 cup of fruits of choice
A large glass of ice
Blend together they make a huge smoothie that is so filling and so low calorie!! Enjoy!!
