yeah its true. cause like after i eat dinner or something ill brush my teeth to make sure i dont eat anything else that i don't need because it makes me feel like..oh i have clean teeth so i don't need to eat anything else..and plus, food doesn't mix well with a minty mouth lol

I will back that statment up!! I brush my teeth 2 or 3 tiems a day. I love my toothpaste and I love the feel of clean teeth. And it does make you stop eating!!
