Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150ish - Blah. Blah. Blah. i am in an endless cycle. i overeat and binge EVERY.NIGHT. and as i'm doing it i just think to myself,"its okay...ill diet tomorrow." i don't know what to do. i just finished pigging the frick out and feel disgusting and horrible. i NEED to stop this. and please don't respond saying,"when you feel like you're ganna pig out go keep yourself busy!" i try. and then get hungry and eat nonstop. its always at night. blah i am feeling very down

Reply from Delilah, Age 16 - 07/07/06 - IP#: 71.126.16.xxx Hey there. All I can say is i've been there. Exactly the same thing. I would say "Theres always tomorrow" and Tomorrow was always the same. You just need to get motivated. You have to WANT to loose the weight enough to stick with it for the rest of your life. Its a healthy improvment to your life. Try to eat a healthy breakfast, such as special k or even some fruit, then get in a small snack, eat a healthy lunch, and a healthy dinner. By eating all three meals with small healthy snacks, you will be less hungry. DRINK WATER. I cant stress that enough. It is the key to loosing weight. Drink it before and after each meal, you will feel full then. Try your best to stop eating past 7. It is a huge factor in how much you loose. It gives your body more time to digest then if you stop eating at midnight. Most importantly EXERCISE. Try going for walks, ride your bike, take a run, even dance! Anything to keep your body moving.
