Ht. 5'9'', Wt. 168 - hi im going to camp like the end of july and i need some tips cuz i want to get into the 150's before i go, plus has any ever tried the 3 day diet and if so did u keep the weight off? i lost 5 pounds with it but im afraid the weight wont stay off
