Ht. 5'1, Wt. 157 - I have a big problem. like it sounds soooooooooooooo stupid but last New Years i went to a party where i helped my friend watch 2 ten year olds and we were wressling around and one of the boys shouted out as we were playing " you're a fat girl" and i was shocked. I kno i shouldnt let a ten yr old get to me but im overly senitive ( which is ruining my life) and i started crying and it ruined my whole night. I kept trying to tell myself that he was a stupid 10 yr old and he shouldnt matter but i cant help it. And recently i was invited to go to a party where there will be some really cute guys there and the little ten yr old will most definatly be there. and im afraid he might say something again.What should i do?Does anyone have any advice on trying to let go of past tormentors and insecurity? I have some major sensitivity issues as well, and I used to get made fun of all the time (by the playground bullies...tehehe) when I was younger for being overweight. You just got to learn that you can't go through life and let every little thing get to you; otherwise, you will be miserable. I'd say to steer clear of the kid and ignore him. He's 10 years old, and that's how 10 year olds are. Try to enjoy yourself, don't worry about what others think of you. Spruce yourself up some for this occassion, show off your best assets, and be confident. It'll show. ;)
