Ht. 5"5, Wt. St.155 N.140. GW-130 - Alright so im totally back into deit mode. i'm trying out theh first two weeks of atkins (induction) because i dont need to loose a ton of weight just 10 more pounds. so for breakfast i ate one soft boiled egg and 3 stips of bacon, lunch i didnt eat since i had breakfast late..for dinner i had a piece of steak and salade. and i'm going to excerice really soon at about 8 lol and im going to walk && run on my tread mill for about 45 minutes rotating doing 5 minutes of each and then doing 25-30 situps. how'd i do / doing

Atkins is really really really REALLY unhealthy.

I'm not for adkins but your doing good. The one thing you could change is split your exercise into 2. Do 1/2 when you wake up and 1/2 later so you will keep your metabilism up all day long!!
