Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I didnt do well with diet, but I did pretty well with excersize. I had some cake for dessert and I ate meat again, but I made sure they were small servings. i cut the cake in half and only had a few bites of what leslie refered to earlier as "already dead animal." I ran half a mile, then put the treadmill on a really high incline with a lower speed and walked the other half. I did almost my entire walk--i had to skip some because i was walking my dog and we had a scuffle with another dog and i had to cut the walk short. I am going to see if i can tape on demand television stuff. On demand, we have fit TV and I can take like short things such as bellydancing and cardio. I am going to try it. It looks fun. My dad also offered the option of tennis lessons this summer. I want to, but I dont want to do it. I kinda wanna try out for tennis in the spring, but i'm not sure if i should take the lessons or not.

oo ok just going vegitarian or Veggan yea i know there different things. Remember you still need everything in your diet so please do it a way thats healthy for you!!

I'm not cutting out meat for health reasons. I dissected a pig in biology and swore i would eat way less meat after that. I havent eaten pork since then and it was like 4 or 5 months ago. I have eaten chicken and beef since then, but i am most likely going to give those up completely when i leave for college.

meat and cake are ok!! I promis you, you can still lose weight with eating meat and cake. YOu can eat meat every day. It's good for you as long as it's lean red meat, fish, or chicken. Even a hambuger won't hurt your healthy eating if you don't eat it every day!! The cake is a once a week thing then your fine!! YOur doing just fine!!
