Ht. 5'1", Wt. 189.6 - I'm doing so horribly this week and I'm so nervous to weigh in tomorrow because I think I GAINED weight this week and I haven't gained weight since I started losing weight. I DONT WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT!!!
Reply from Michelle, Age 18 - 07/10/06 - IP#: 86.132.91.xxx Dont worry Sam, you'll be alright, if you have put on weight make it an insentive to loose more wight next week and anyway if you exercise regularly sometimes you put on weight because you have gained more muscle and not more fat, because muscle weighs more.
