Ht. 5'6", Wt. 205 - OKAY EVERYONE LISTEN UP! i know all of you are sick of the fat that hangs off your body so i want us all to help one another! we all need to develop a "diet" and workout plan and i think all of us should do it together...im sick of seein everyone suffer including myself its time for a change and since im startin this you can all e-mail me with your ideas and i will post the acutal "diet" for everyone to follow...please take this seriouesly its the beginnin of a new life! COME ON EVERYONE!

Ooh, i like your idea of adding 3 healthy foods and eliminating 3 bad foods. im gunna use that definatley. also, have you tried hummus? they have it in different flavors and it's lowfat and really good.
