Ht. 5'9, Wt. 179 - I know these questions have been asked but im too lazy to go look for them..
Can you be losing inches without losing weight?
I do an hour on the eliptical a day, im not losing should i do ten minutes more?

dont add more time, change the intensity. Speed up and add more resistance.

yea try ading more time or changing up your workout do u go the gym or just own it cause if u go to a gym sswitch to a differnt machine

yea you can gain muscle and not lose weight, just inches. i don't use an eliptical.
