Ht. 5'8, Wt. 182 - Hey. My names Jessica, I used to be Orcy, but i haven't been on for a while. Anyway i used to be about 169 lbs, and then i started eating really healthy and got to be 159. then suddenly last august it ended and im the heaviest i have ever been. Anyway, i know hwo to eat healhty and excercise btu what do you guys do to keep you motivated? btw I'd like to be in the low 170s by the end of August for my doctors appt.

I just think to myself, "If I don't do this now... then when will I?" And I'll think about what it will be like for me in a few more months. When those months are finally here will I be 20 lbs lighter? Or will I still feel horrible about myself and be wishing to lose those 20 lbs. I've been telling myself that all week to keep myself motivated and so far it's been working.

Remember than you have a goal. You want to look good and be healthy. Even if you already have a piece of cake in your mouth you can spit it out and throw the rest a way!! it's not that hard to do and your strong so you can do it!!
