Ht. 5'8, Wt. really big - I hate looking at myself and thinking that Im pretty and healthy when in reality i am not. I am addicted to aftty and sweet foods. Especially pizza, ice cream, soda, and chocolate. I dont have any exercise machines but yet i dont know what to do. I wan to be skinny for prom, or graduation, or my friends quincenera. I wanna be able to shop anywhere and I find the size that fits me. Please help me and I will help you too....i am desperate and I need to lose major weght!!!!! HELP ME!!!!!! (my weight problems sometimes led to suicide thoughts)

Maybe you are suffering from clinical depression? I think you should talk to your parents and doctor, and seriously consider taking medicine for it. I have been for about five years. No, it doesnt make everything better, and take all the bad things away, but it does make it soooo much easier to deal with. I'm going to try to find a sight with a self-evalution test online. I'll post it if i find a good. If im totally off, and this is not you, I really apolagize, but suicidal thoughts are not good, and lead to really bad things. For all i know, you could already be on meds, and in that case, again I apologize. I really do just want to help you.

That's it. Dont worry about anything else. Keep working on that one thing until it no longer bothers you, and it is easy to go without. It may take days, it may take weeks. But, once you have that down, pick one more thing, and do the same thing. keep doing that until you no longer eat any of them. MAYBE, if you dont think it's too overwhelming, you could add some exercise. If you don't think you can handle that, dont start yet. Once you are at the point of not eating any of that, start exercising. Just take small steps. Eventually, you will be living a healthy lifestyle. It may take longer, but you will lose weight, and it will stay off. GOOD LUCK, hun. And know, we are always here for you. If you need any support, let us know.

Reply from kaitlyn, Age 15 - 07/10/06 - IP#: 68.226.163.xxx relax losing weight takes time i mean months at a time and lots of paitentce you may not always see quick results but they will show up eventually it took me 2 weeks to lose 4 pounds and im looking forward to the weeks to come b/c i kno now that i can do it bieng off junk for awile makes u relize how much u can survive w/o it i feel better and better every week
