Ht. 5"11, Wt. dont wanna kno - I went to myfreediet.com last night and today i tried it- it is all about portion control and im not that hungry and i feel good that i did it- it tells u what u can eat and how many servings u can have throughout a day... today i had BREAKFAST: 8fl oz orange juice, dry cereal (3/4 c.)w/ milk, apple-- animal crackers for snack(10)--LUNCH: sandwich with 2 slices of wheat bread, lite mayo, 2 slices turkey, 1 slice cheese, orange--DINNER: mac and cheese- 2 c., green beans, 2 c. milk--- 4 glasses of water and 2 pickles- which are good for u.... neways i think this is gonna help-- wish me luck!

be careful with pickles....they have A LOT of sodium...anyways...great job!
