Ht. 5'7, Wt. 274 - oK so i am Like black so i went to bet.com yea anyways well there a healthy section oon there and i went to people who lost alot of weight well there is this lady who ate kellogs cerial for breafast and lunch and a slim fast shake for dinner and for her snacks kellogs vbar she tried this for three mouths and lost 92 pounds dont belivie me go to bet.com and go to healthy section and look that way. And after her doing that she just ate less but ate the same foods imma do that???

yeah, i agree with everyone else. just because your losing weight doesn't mean your healthy. you need to get all your nutrients from fruits, veggies, etc.

Also, I've noticed something with you. PLEASE don't get mad. I really dont mean to pick on you or anything, I really do just want to help. It seems like you are always going after quick solutions. This diet, the liquid diet, fasting...etc. Maybe you could stop looking for fad diets, and just do it the old fashioned way, healthy diet and exercise. Yeah, it may be a bit slower, but it will happen, and it will stay off, and you will be healthy. You want to lose weight for your health, right? Well, then, dont harm your health even more by not giving it the nutrients it needs. If you would like, I would be happy to try to help you come up with a healthy eating and exercising plan. In fact, I think everyone here would be. Let us know if you do want, and post your average food and exercise for the day. Again, I really do just want to help.

And where is she getting all her nutrition from? YOu need a variety of food to get everything your body needs. Besides, she probably isnt getting enough food, because 2 bowls of cereal, a shake and a couple of bars is not a lot of food, so shes losing weight by just eating less, possibly slightly on the starving side. Just because you lose weight, doesn't mean it's healthy

By eating the same foods its known as a 'fad diet' celebrities do it if they need to loose weight fast for a special occasion. As soon as they even eat healthily again, the weight that they lost and more will come piling back on. Please dont use fad diets as a way of losing weight quickly, as this can cause yo-yo dieting. For example Janet Jackson - one minute shes fat, then suddenly shes got rock solid abs - she was on a low calorie diet and training constantly for 6hrs a day - no normal person could do that! Just stick to eaing healthy and the weight WILL come off and STAY off!!
